The activity was designed to bring together all PAGASA staff by division for a day of fun-filled team-building activities and games, fostering camaraderie, unity, and stronger teamwork across the organization. The event concluded with the awarding of prizes to the winners of the various games and activities.

The gathering also provided a valuable platform for dialogue, giving field staff—particularly frontline Development Officers—the opportunity to raise their concerns directly with management. The morning session was dedicated to an open forum, where staff could openly share their feedback, grievances, and suggestions to help improve PAGASA’s policies, management, and overall operations.
