The activity was organized to bring together all PAGASA staff by division for a day of fun-filled team-building activities and games, fostering camaraderie, solidarity, and stronger teamwork among employees. The event concluded with the awarding of prizes to the winners of the various games and activities.

The gathering also served as a valuable opportunity for field staff, particularly frontline Development Officers, to raise their concerns directly with management. The morning session featured an open forum where employees openly shared their feedback, grievances, and suggestions to help improve PAGASA’s policies, management, and overall operations.
