The Group Leaders Gathering was organized to strengthen PAGASA’s relationship with its members through the Group Leaders. It also served as a platform to discuss borrowers’ concerns and issues related to PAGASA’s programs and services while providing training focused on strengthening group solidarity and leadership.

The gathering also provided Group Leaders with the opportunity to share their experiences in managing their respective groups and exchange effective strategies for improving group management and collection efficiency.

Hundreds of Group Leaders from various PAGASA branches participated in the event. Members of the Executive Committee, Heads of Support Units from the Head Office, and Division Management and Staff were also in attendance to listen to the concerns raised by the participants and provide updates on PAGASA’s policies, programs, and services.

As a token of appreciation for their participation, all Group Leaders received a Certificate of Participation and complimentary umbrellas courtesy of PPMBAI.
