Assistant Claims Manager Ms. Rossana Gibaga, together with members of the PPMBAI Board of Trustees, participated in the Good Governance and Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) Workshop held on October 15–17, 2025, at the BSA Twin Towers Hotel in Mandaluyong City. The workshop focused on updated regulations, digital compliance, and risk assessment for covered institutions, reinforcing the Association’s commitment to good governance and regulatory compliance.

The training emphasized the importance of AMLA awareness and compliance among covered institutions, including insurance companies, pre-need companies, mutual benefit associations, and designated non-financial businesses and professions (DNFBPs), such as real estate brokers. Through this program, participants gained valuable insights into strengthening compliance practices, managing risks, and promoting transparency within their respective organizations.
